terms of service

These terms govern your use of the SBG website, operated by Hyrax LLC ("we", "us"). Where we provide managed IT services, those are governed by a separate written service agreement; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement takes precedence.

1. using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access areas you're not authorised to use.

2. our services

Descriptions of services on this website are for general information and are not an offer or a guarantee of any specific result. The scope, service levels, and responsibilities for any engagement are defined in your service agreement and statement of work.

3. fees

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms for managed services are set out in your service agreement. Website enquiries and the initial IT review are provided free of charge and carry no obligation.

4. intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by SBG or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of any deliverables we produce for you is handled in your service agreement.

5. third-party services

We may recommend or integrate third-party products (for example Microsoft 365 or backup platforms). Those are subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or performance beyond what we commit to in your agreement.

6. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability relating to our paid services is addressed in your service agreement.

7. changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

8. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
